ALLERTON

CARE

Allerton Care is a network of care & support providers who deliver personal care and support to adults who may have a physical disability, a learning disability, mental health and/or other complex care needs in their own homes.

Allerton Care is a central resource, management and holding company for our network of care providers. We have a diverse portfolio which covers various areas across England, which we expect to grow substantially over the coming years.
Our aim is to provide supported living care and support services throughout the UK to enable the people we support to live in an environment which makes their lives fulfilling and where they can exercise as much independence as possible.
Our care providers work closely with families, local authorities and other stakeholders to make sure that every person who requires specialised support is given the highest quality of care. Our providers deliver a completely person-centred approach to care and support by putting people at the core of everything we do.

WHAT IS SUPPORTED LIVING?

Supported Living services can help provide support to those who maybe finding it difficult managing on their own, but don’t choose to live in a residential care home.
At Allerton Care our care providers deliver personal care and support to adults who may have a physical disability, a learning disability, mental health and/or other complex care needs.
Supported living services can be provided in your own privately owned/rented property, in a shared house/ flat often with 2 or 3 other people who have a similar health problem or living on your own in a self-contained supported living flat or house. The care & support received can be anything from a 30-minute welfare check through 24/7 care and support.
At Allerton Care our experienced staff teams can support you with all aspects of your daily life from getting up on the morning all the way through to getting ready for bed in the evening and, if required, provide support throughout the night.
Supported living accommodation is different to residential care as the property is provided by a landlord or housing association who does not provide care and support services. Personal care and support services should always be provided by a registered adult social care provider.
At Allerton Care all our care providers are registered with CQC and have a received a ‘Good’ rating.
